KN Paradise Cam Ranh Resort recently got the approval from the Vietnamese government to operate. As a result, it is now looking for a casino operator. The casino will have 200 tables and 2,000 slots in a 40-acre gambling facility.
The resort has a total area of 1,976 acres and found in Khanh Hoa Province of Vietnam. Also, it has three miles of pristine beach. It features a golf course designed by champion golfer Greg Norman.
Last year, the Wyndham Grand KN Paradise hotel opened to the public. Also, the resort is near an international airport. It is betting on its strategic location to attract tourists to the integrated resort.

The casino requires a minimum investment of $2 billion. Based on sportsbook pay per head reports, the casino needs $1 billion to open. However, it is still unclear when the casino will open to the public. Also, there are questions about allowing local players or if it is only for foreigners.
In January 2019, Corona Resort and Casino became the first casino in the country to allow locals to gamble. However, they need to meet specific financial requirements first. Residents need to pay $43 for a 24-hour pass upon entry. Also, their monthly income must be at least $431.
According to bookie pay per head sources, the average yearly salary in Vietnam is around $1,800 or $150 a month. That means locals need to earn at least thrice the average income to qualify for a casino pass.
Laguna Lang Co Resort is another casino project that got approval from the government. It will open in 2022. Once completed, it will have 50 table games and 500 slots. Also, it will have six five-star hotels and 2,200 units of apartments and villas. Betting software development companies are bidding to be part of the project.
