ZenSports signs deal with Strategic Gaming Management. It is its first step in getting a license to operate in the US. Also, it recently launched its peer-to-peer sports wagering product that caters to the international market.
Through the partnership, ZenSports has the option to purchase a casino in Nevada. Also, it could become the operator of a local sportsbook in the state.
The deals gave ZenSports a physical presence needed by the Nevada Gaming Control Board to operate an online sports betting platform in Nevada. According to the company, having a physical presence is the biggest obstacle in its quest to launch an online sports wagering platform in the US.

The Strategic Gaming Management partnership deal allows Zensport to develop a physical presence in Nevada. It is the first step for the sportsbook software provider to obtain a license to operate in the state.
The gambling software company met with Strategic Gaming Management CEO Grant Lincoln in January of this year. Then he made an angel investment in ZenSports. Also, he became a consultant for the company. Since then, the firm grew its business and got more investment.
According to sportsbook pay per head sources, ZenSports has become a force in the peer-to-peer and mobile sports betting industry. The firm is excited to enter the Nevada market and develop its brand in the state.
At present, the company has the right to purchase and operate a casino and sportsbook in the state. Its next step is to launch a mobile sportsbook after the technology certification and licensing process. Assisting the company is a local Nevada law firm. Also, it got the services of BMM Testlabs to help it pass the technology certification process.
